As Principal for Pordes Residential, Adam Kaufman oversees the day-to-day sales management of the firm’s luxury real estate portfolio. Kaufman’s extensive real estate experience includes the sales and marketing of lifestyle-driven urban, resort and waterfront properties and has resulted in over $750 million dollars in sales. Kaufman’s background includes a diverse product mix of condominiums, single-family villas, townhomes and condominium hotels, each targeted to the discretionary luxury real estate homebuyer and investor/user markets at varying stages of development. His expertise covers in-depth sales management from the initial launch of preconstruction sales through to the developer’s final sellout. With the setup of sales operations, Kaufman leads the recruitment, staffing and training of the sales team and manager. In the management of the day-to-day operations, Kaufman is responsible for ensuring legal compliance, reviewing condo documents, establishing operational budgets, negotiating contracts, implementing robust communication programs, and maintaining operations within the approved development budget. Kaufman also oversees a comprehensive marketing program focused on taking full advantage of today’s digital platforms while maximizing traditional lead generation opportunities.

Kaufman is a member of the Florida Board of Realtors, a Licensed Real Estate broker and a graduate of Fairmont State College in West Virginia with a degree in Secondary Education. This unique background enables Kaufman to actively integrate agent motivation within the in-depth sales training program. He also works with the team to facilitate networking opportunities for agents, brokers and investors. As a specialist in condominium-hotel sales, Kaufman developed the Fourth Element, an educational seminar to provide brokers and agents the unique skillset required to successfully market and sell condominium hotel properties. The program identifies condominiums as the “Fourth Element” of the real estate sector, joining residential, commercial and industrial. Successful graduates of The Fourth Element become empowered with the knowledge required to drive sales results and impassioned about the opportunity before them.

Kaufman’s 20 years of residential project sales experience includes The Yacht Club in Aventura, Ocean Place Condominium in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, The Tides Hotel, The Palm and The Breakwater-Edison in South Beach, Regalia in Sunny Isles, The Atrium in Aventura, The Blue at Doral, Highland Beach Club, Cheeca Lodge Residences in Islamorada and Schooner Bay in The Abacos, Bahamas. As Vice President of Sales and Operations, Kaufman is currently overseeing the management of Peninsula on the Intracoastal in Palm Beach County, Veer Towers in Las Vegas, Bijou Bay Harbor in Miami’s Bay Harbor Islands and Marina Grande on the Halifax in Daytona Beach. Kaufman also plays an integral role in the acquisition, marketing and sales of bulk residential and commercial properties to national and international investment groups. In 2017, he was instrumental in the brokering of a large bulk transaction of $15 million in a luxury condominium in Aventura, Florida.
