Opening her first Real Estate Brokerage firm at age 25, in 1994, she has sustained an exceptional track record of consistent sales success throughout the many changing market conditions of S. Florida.
Mindy has years of hands on experience in all aspects of the sales process such as gathering leads, qualifying prospects, performing sales presentations, executing purchase agreements and coordinating closings. As a seasoned Broker with creative leadership skills she has managed over 50 of her own sales agents and has acted as a Director of Sales on multiple luxury condominiums from Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, Aventura and Ft. Lauderdale.
Skilled in negotiation, advertising, marketing, and branding, Mindy pays special importance to creating value for customers by keeping them informed about each step of the process from listing to closing. She is proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and with extensive experience in international relationship building to generate sales in the local market.
