Vegas-Themed Miami Sales Office To Open in Late March
MIAMI– Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing recently named a new sales team of seasoned professionals for the Miami sales office of Veer Towers Las Vegas. The team includes sales executives Joey Lopez, Claudia Patricia Eusse, Matt Dixon and Robert Morales.
Since 1997, Kaufman has been a key player in South Florida’s residential real estate evolution. Over his career, he has been involved in more than $500 million in sales of urban, resort and waterfront condo and condo-hotel projects.
Kaufman has trained and led successful teams focused on matching each property’s unique amenities to the target buyer audience.
A New York native raised in South Florida, Kaufman is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and is an active member of the Florida Board of Realtors. He received his B.A. degree in secondary education from Fairmont State College in West Virginia.
Joey Lopez has been named Director of International Sales at VeerTowers for Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing. He serves clients from Latin America, the Caribbean, China and Taiwan.
Lopez has 12 years of sales and marketing management experience in luxury, high-rise real estate in New York, Chicago, the Bahamas and Orlando, Fla. He set a record in Chicago as the top resident sales associate for a 50-story tower and he put 416 units under contract in 45 days at condominium project in Orlando.
Claudia Patricia Eusse has been appointed an international sales executive for VeerTowers.
Eusse markets luxury condominiums in Miami to international buyers and brokers. Fluent in Spanish, she has worked extensively with clients in Latin America over the past eight years, including her time as a sales associate at Fortune International and Cervera Real Estate.
Matt Dixon has been appointed an international sales executive for VeerTowers.
Dixon has 15 years of experience in sales and sales management in the United Kingdom and United States. His previous roles included international sales director for a multi-national real estate consultancy and he has extensive ties to property companies across the world.
Dixon has worked in real estate in London and managed sales of properties in Orlando, Miami and the Bahamas. He has developed relationships with domestic and foreign brokers and clients.
Robert Morales has been appointed an international sales executive for VeerTowers.
Morales was previously a Pordes Residential associate at OneBalHarbour, where he was the top producer and helped sell out the condominium-hotel project. He is applying that success and previous experience of owning a real estate and mortgage-broker firm to serving international clients.
Prior to working at Pordes Residential, Morales was a private banker on FisherIsland for Republic National Bank.
Morales studied business and international finance and is a graduate of FloridaInternationalUniversity.
