The Penthouse at Regalia becomes the first South Florida property to be featured on RealOpen. Founded by ‘Selling Sunset’ star Christine Quinn and her tech entrepreneur husband, Christian Dumontet, the platform allows to purchase or sell a home via crypto. The $33.9 million penthouse, that features 10,755 square feet plus a 6,050 square-foot terrace and rooftop pool deck, is offered directly to the crypto community.
With the help of secure, proprietary software, RealOpen allows luxury homes to be purchased or sold via crypto – with the seller receiving cash at closing. The platform’s concierge service offers buyers to retain crypto holdings up until the day of closing.
Listed by Mark Pordes of Pordes Residential, the 43rd-floor penthouse includes three levels with six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The home boasts a glass wine cellar, lounge theater, bar and billiards room, and a $1M master bathroom with private spa, steam room, sauna, and massage area. The residence is located on Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach and with no hi-rise neighbors it provides 360-degrees of truly uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean, Golden Beach, Intracoastal Waterway and the skylines of Miami and Miami Beach.
The collaboration between RealOpen and Pordes was organized by the RealOpen Miami Team: crypto-specialist Realtors Karley Chynces, Bozana Cavar, and Kiki Rutten of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
